No refund available

Within 7 days of booking:

Full refund (as long as session is more than 48 hours away)

After 7 days of booking but more than 48 hours before session:

Full refund minus transaction processing fee

Examples

✓ Full Refund: You book on Monday for a Friday session and cancel on Tuesday (within 7 days, >48 hours away)
⚠ Refund minus fee: You book on Monday for next Friday's session and cancel on Wednesday the following week (after 7 days, but >48 hours away)
✗ No Refund: You cancel on Wednesday for a Friday session (less than 48 hours away)

Expert-Initiated Cancellations

If an expert needs to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing, processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed automatically and typically appear in your original payment method within:

  • • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • • Digital wallets: 1-3 business days

Transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from refunds where applicable.
